As NASC provides 24/7 care, our Personal Support Workers have the opportunity to work flexible hours, including before and after hours, business hours and weekend shifts. Support Workers are employed (not contracted) on a casual basis from one (1) hour per fortnight up to a maximum of seventy six (76) hours per fortnight. This offers the benefits of receiving employer funded superannuation, Personal Liability Insurance, Return to Work insurances and training opportunities.
